About us
AIMT has brought together more than 50 sites operating in the heat and surface treatment sectors. Together we are an extensive network that can meet any requirement. Thanks to the extraordinary cooperation between the sites, we are now the leader in Germany for functional processes – and we are on our way to the top in Europe!
In pursuing this goal we use a quality and process management system that we have specifically developed. Every year we finish more than 500 million items and more than 200,000 products from the most diverse sectors with top quality. This is the way we have convinced thousands of customers with our work.
We are continuing to build consistently on these high standards. Communication between the single sites definitely helps us, but we can also rely on the intense cooperation with trade associations and organizations. We are members for years now in many of these associations – like the Gütegemeinschaft Galvanotechnik or the Deutschen Gesellschaft für Qualität e.V. – and we are always up to date on the latest novelties thanks to a lively exchange.
Research and development mean a lot for us. In order to ensure needs-oriented production, we cooperate closely with our customers and we consider the most demanding requirements as a challenge that we are looking forward to take on. This way we can optimize existing processes and applications and develop new ones on ongoing basis.
The expression of our search for innovations is the AIMT Research and Development Center. Here we work with national and international associations, institutes and trade organizations in an ongoing exchange. We perform research on developing new materials, we improve testing methods and system technologies and make our production processes simply perfect.
The program already includes more than 100 converting, plating and conditioning processes, many of which were developed by AIMT. Our consultants support our customers from the planning and building stage on and assist them in defining precisely the job specifications as well as choosing the most suitable materials and processes.
